Customer Stories
A private yacht tour is more than just sightseeing — it’s about having the whole yacht to yourself, your family, or your friends. The best way to capture what that feels like is by hearing from guests who’ve already lived the experience. That’s why we share real stories from people who emailed us after their tours.
Here’s what they often write about:
Feeling Exclusive – how special it was to have the yacht just for themselves.

When we arrived at Dubai Marina, the first thing we noticed was how organized everything was. The staff met us right at the entry point, which made things super easy. They gave us a friendly welcome, helped us with a few bags, and even offered cold water before we got on board. It didn’t feel formal or stiff — more like we were guests at a friend’s place. The red carpet at the yacht entrance made the whole moment feel a little special, like we were starting something exciting.
The moment we stepped onto the yacht, everyone started looking around with excitement. The inside was so clean, the sofas looked cozy, and the sound system was already playing soft music. The kids were running around the lounge area, checking every corner. The crew gave us a short safety briefing — simple and easy to understand — then told us to just relax and enjoy. Standing on the deck, feeling the light breeze, it really hit us that we were about to see Dubai in a whole new way.
As soon as the yacht started moving out of the marina, the view behind us was already beautiful. The tall towers of the Marina looked different from the water, and the reflection on the sea was amazing. We passed Ain Dubai and JBR, and the captain slowed down so we could take photos. The crew offered to click group pictures for us, which was really nice. It wasn’t just sightseeing; it felt like we had our own private space to enjoy the city from a different angle.
The highlight of the trip came when we reached the open waters near Atlantis and Burj Al Arab. The sun began setting, and the sky turned golden, then slowly pink and purple. We all sat on the upper deck with our drinks, just soaking in the moment. There was no rush, no crowd, just peace and laughter with our group. Watching the sunset from the water felt so much more special than seeing it from the beach — it was like the whole scene was just for us.
We had arranged for a BBQ, and the smell started filling the air while we were watching the views. The crew handled everything — setting up, grilling, and serving — so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food came out hot and fresh, and it tasted even better with the sea breeze around us. Some of us sat in the air-conditioned lounge for a while to cool off before coming back outside to eat. Sharing a meal on the deck, with the skyline in the distance, felt like the perfect way to enjoy the evening.
As we headed back to the marina, the city lights started glowing brighter. Dubai at night from the water looks like something out of a movie — the reflections, the tall buildings, and the calm water. We all felt relaxed, happy, and honestly a little sad that the trip was ending. The crew was just as helpful at the end as they were in the beginning, making sure we had everything we needed before stepping off. Walking away, we carried not just photos but the memory of an experience that felt private, personal, and unforgettable.

We had been planning this yacht trip for weeks, and finally the day came. As soon as we reached the marina, the vibe was exciting. The crew greeted us with smiles and made us feel comfortable right away. Walking down the dock and seeing our yacht waiting felt like a dream — it was bigger than we imagined, with a shining deck ready for us.
Once we stepped onboard, the crew offered us welcome drinks. We put our bags down in the indoor lounge, which had cool air-conditioning and a big sofa. Some of us went straight to the top deck to get the best view, while others connected their phones to the sound system and put on our favorite playlist. It already felt like a private party at sea.
The yacht sailed smoothly out of the marina, and the views opened up quickly. We passed Jumeirah Beach and could see people on the shore waving at yachts. It was fun waving back and realizing we were the ones on the water this time. The crew kept offering us snacks and making sure we had everything. Every corner of Dubai’s skyline looked different from the sea — especially the Burj Khalifa in the far distance.
One of the best parts was when the captain anchored in a quiet spot. We all jumped into the water for a swim. It felt refreshing and safe, as the crew gave us floaters and kept an eye on us. Swimming in the open sea, with the yacht right behind us, was a feeling we’ll never forget. It was like having our own private beach without the crowd.
After swimming, we dried off and went back to the deck. The crew had already set up towels and served us more drinks. We turned the music up and enjoyed dancing, laughing, and taking endless photos. The energy was amazing — it wasn’t just sightseeing, it was fun and bonding time with friends in our own space.
By the time we headed back, the city had turned into a sea of lights. The towers, Ain Dubai, and the bridges all looked magical. Sitting on the front of the yacht with the breeze hitting our faces, we just kept saying, “This is something we’ll always remember.” As we stepped off the yacht, tired but happy, it felt like we had lived a piece of luxury that we thought only celebrities enjoyed.
